Hey everyone & Welcome to the University of Hawaii at Manoa!

My name is Esther Kim & I’ll be one of your upcoming Ace Peer Mentors. I hope to help your transition to Manoa be a smoothe & exciting one, so prepare yourself for a fun & memorable year.

I am a full korean local girl, born and raised in the center of Oahu. (Wahiawa) I am an 07 grad entering my 3rd year of college here at UH Manoa, majoring in Fashion..otherwise known as APDM.   I’m a pretty down to earth and easy going person.  I like going to the beach, shopping, sleeping, watching crazy vh1 shows, and most importantly…eating. 

I was in the Ace program in my freshman year of college, and I enjoyed being able to meet new friends who were going through the same experiences as me, and especially having the same classes with them.  Our Ace mentor at the time was so helpful to lend a helping hand to all of us, and I am so fortunate to be able to do the same for you.  Looking forward to the Fall semester with all of you!
